The Brightwood is a boutique medical aesthetics practice in New York City known for its highly personalized approach to skin, injectables, and facial balancing.

As the practice grew, the brand no longer reflected the elevated experience it delivered in person. The opportunity was to transform Brightwood into a cohesive luxury brand that balanced medical expertise with warmth, hospitality, and human connection.

My work spanned brand strategy, identity, art direction, website design, content strategy, and social systems—creating a scalable foundation for future growth.

THE IDEA
Most aesthetics brands position themselves around clinical credibility or aspirational beauty. The Brightwood needed to hold both.

The strategy centered around creating a brand that felt refined but personal. Prestigious without pretension. A serious medical practice that never felt cold, corporate, or transactional.

Every element—from typography and imagery to service architecture, social content, and website flow—was designed to make clients feel known, welcomed, and confident before ever walking through the door.

MY ROLE
Led the transformation of Brightwood from strategy through execution, directing every aspect of the brand experience—from positioning, identity, and art direction to website design, content strategy, and social systems.
